Published in anticipation of the sesquicentennial in 2004, Celebrate! West Hartford is a "coffee-table style" illustrated history of West Hartford with a special interest on the activities, insitututions and people that shaped the town during the latter half of the 20th century. The authors are the Town Historian and a former Town Councilor; a widely published historian and former Mayor and the former Editor of the West Hartford News and author/publisher of travel guide books. The 192 page book includes over 200 photographs. The publisher is CWH, L.L.C., established for the purpose by Chris Larsen, one-time owner of Imprint, publisher of the West Hartford News.
