NEW AUTOMATED TRASH COLLECTION
- REMINDERS FOR RESIDENTS -
The Department
of Public Works would like to remind residents to follow these guidelines
when putting their trash to the curb for collection:

Please have the handles face the house and the barrel square to the road. |

2. |
Please place recycling bin(s) at least two feet away from automated barrel. |
|
3. |
Only items and material in the barrel will be collected. |
|
4. |
Please label plastic barrels "Throw Away" or "Take Me" and place next to your automated barrel for disposal. No fee charged for the month of October. |

5. |
Please have barrels at curbside by 6:00am on your collection day. |
|
6. |
Timing of the collection may vary from your previous pick-up schedule. |
|
7. |
Missed collections will be completed no later than the end of the next business day. |
|
8. |
Please do not use plastic bags to contain recyclable materials. |
|
9. |
Please remove your barrel from the curb by the end of your collection day. |
Following these guidelines will help to eliminate delays, and will promote
timely collection for all residents. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
